I'm not good with spreadsheets. Will I manage?

Does it work in Google Sheets, or only Excel?
Both. It works in Excel 2016+, Microsoft 365 and LibreOffice Calc, and it imports cleanly into Google Sheets (File → Import). Formulas, dropdowns and the dashboard charts all carry over. No macros and no add-ins, so nothing can be blocked by your workplace settings.
Can I use my own currency and tax rules?
Yes. Currency is a one-click format change on the money columns. The workbook tracks tax as a percentage you set, the invoice template has blank tax fields, and the guide's tax section explains the basics (including set-asides) without pretending to be country-specific advice.
